 At Gifted Stationery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you with a smooth resolution.
 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered with, torn, or damaged.

  • If the packaging looks intact but you discover a damaged product or missing item after opening the parcel, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or a short video of the product and packaging with us at info.giftedstationery@gmail.com.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items delivered.

  • To initiate a return, please email us within 7 working days of receiving the order with supporting images or videos.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from the delivery address.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refund

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout within 5–7 business days.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on GiftedStationery.com.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info.giftedstationery@gmail.com.

  • Since most orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests after dispatch may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
