Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 5-8 business days for regular products and up to 10 business days for customized items.

Domestic shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days, while international shipping may require 12-18 business days.

Delivery delays due to inaccessible locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We use trusted courier services for secure delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is available only within India.

Delivery executives will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package.

Fraudulent or failed COD attempts may result in the cancellation of future COD orders.

COD orders above INR 2000 are not accepted.

COD is not available for customized products or deliveries to institutions, cafes, or non-residential addresses.

Duties and Taxes for International Shipments

Import duties or additional taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

If such fees are not accepted by the recipient, Gifted Stationery is not responsible for non-delivery, and refunds will not be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment is initiated. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled if processing has started.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Customers must report discrepancies within 72 hours of delivery, or within 48 hours for transit damage claims

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Gifted Stationery reserves the right to reject late return claims.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon successful cancellation or approved return.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or other secure online methods.

Intellectual Property
