Return & Refund Policy 

At Gifted Stationery, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and your expectations. All items are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items


  • If the package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

  • If the outer packaging is intact but you discover a damaged or missing item after opening the parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or a short video of the product and packaging at info.giftedstationery@gmail.com.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue 

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products


  • Refunds are applicable only if the product received has a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is incorrectly delivered.

  • To initiate a refund request, email us within 7 working days of receiving the order with supporting images or videos.

  • After approval, the product will be picked up from the delivery address.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refund Processing


  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on GiftedStationery.com.

Order Cancellation & Refunds


  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info.giftedstationery@gmail.com.

  • Since most orders are processed quickly, cancellations after dispatch may not be possible.

  • If a cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Refund Terms & Conditions


  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage due to misuse, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Gifted Stationery reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests based on inspection and verification.

  • Policy terms may be updated from time to time to ensure better service and compliance.

Returning or exchanging a product is simple and hassle-free at Gifted Stationery.

Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. However, customers may request a return after the order is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

In case of returns after delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
