Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time


  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.

  • In rare situations such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays, delivery may be affected beyond our control.

Order Tracking


  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.

  • You can track your order using the shared tracking link until delivery.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Guidelines


  • Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Gifted Stationery will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend not accepting the parcel and contacting us immediately.
