How can I track my order?


Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS after the order is shipped.

You can track your order by visiting the Track Order page on our website and entering your order details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s website.

How long does delivery take?


Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Do you accept bulk orders?

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?


If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update by emailing:
Please note that courier investigations cannot be initiated if the issue is reported after 48 hours.

How can I cancel my order?

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled or returned order?


Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated to your original payment method.
